Good Governance has become a key theme for governments keen to be responsive to the needs of their citizens and this is being expressed through various reforms. We have been involved with several reform initiatives in the public sector involving the review of strategic, quality, legal, institutional, regulatory and financing frameworks of the ministry and its agencies with the objective of improving service delivery and accountability.
We have observed that some of the best learning takes place outside the confines of a training environment. Direct contact with their contemporaries and practicing professionals can have a profound impact on participants influencing the extent their newly acquired knowledge is applied on their day to day work. International Study visits are organized for groups and last from 5 to 10 days. Visits are structured to achieve set objectives through the participating institutes. Our International Training Attachments are focused more on the individual where there is a mixture of practicals, work-shadowing, and training.
We provide a complete package for setting up new schools (vocational or general education) at all levels from Early child care to University. This includes diagnostics, research and surveys, feasibility reports, strategic planning, vision and mission development, business plans, governance frameworks, education facilities and infrastructure design, learning spaces design (to support the vision and learning requirements), operational plans, curriculum design, student and staff planning, recruitment of staff and ICT. We can deliver an entire package or provide targeted support in specific areas. We can also manage the schools for optimum efficiency and maximum performance after it becomes operational.
For already existing schools we provide services which include institutional assessment (to transform or improve the school), school development planning, monitoring and evaluation supported by a series of workshops targeting Governors, SBMCS members, Heads, teachers, support teachers and staff and managers: some of these courses include: Teacher effectiveness and performance appraisal workshop, Classroom observations and the new school inspection framework. We will work with nominated representatives from the public and private schools to improve the quality and standard of teaching in schools, to deliver a comprehensive package of training. This involves a series of prescriptive and structured modules of training that are interactive and participatory and delivered in regular short sessions, seminars or workshops depending on availability. Participants will be exposed to different teaching and management skills, which will have short and long-term impact on teaching and learning.

Our track record speaks for itself as we helped developed from scratch what is today known as the Vocational and Innovation enterprise institutions, which was carried out at the federal level. As a major intervention initiative to the carrying capacity of our tertiary institutions we have worked at all levels og Government to revamp the state of technical education provision in Nigeria.

The current challenges in labor market, marked by rapid technological change, the 4th industrial revolution, combined with inequality, skills gap calls for urgent revamping of technical and vocational education
This need to strengthen technical and vocational education and training (TVET) through investments in the establishment of a pool of high-quality TVET technical colleges and centres of excellence across Nigeria, greater links with industry and alignment to labour markets has become extremely urgent. This is with a view to improving the skills profile, employability and entrepreneurship of especially youth and women, and closing the skills gap across the Nation. The long-term challenges and possibility to grow and prosper in a rapidly evolving world requires skills that prepare young people for decent jobs, so that they can thrive and participate fully in society.
